[PEGA 7.1.9] Receiving HTTP 500 Executing Process With JMeter Capturing/Recording On
Hello,
We are currently attempting to capture/record a process using JMeter to then be used in automated testing.
When we run the process without JMeter capture/record, we are able to successfully complete the process.
However, when we run the same process with JMeter capture/record on, we are unable to complete the process.
In the referenced network files from Firefox (I will provide the files as requested, due to proprietary data), there is the sequence of network events for the successful and exception cases.
Can we please get your assistance to determine why the process gets an exception with JMeter capture/record on only?

Hi all,
Thank for your attention.
This exception occur in some process/section such as Create Case and Finish Assginment during JMeter recording on. The exception has not been solved yet, but I have found the solution by turning off JMeter Record on the process that gets the exception and then replaces it by turning on Fiddler Record. And the solution works. So I can get the HTTP Request from JMeter and Fiddler that I need to create Test Plan in JMeter.

You have given zero detail of the "process" that is happening or where you are seeing the HTTP 500 code.
Please add more details to your post in order for it to be attended to by the proper parties.

Hi Jeff,
As a follow up to your response, we have discussed through email, and I have also posted the full details to the Pega Mesh Collaboration page, as you recommended. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response in that forum either.
For anyone who reviews this post, I have also put the full content on the Mesh, just search using the same title. I would greatly appreciate any kind of an acknowledgement that my question was submitted.
