Pega 7 Mobile Android 10 Foreground Service

Hello,

With Android 10, there is a mandate to add permission for Foreground service, how can I edit the android manifest file and add this additional permission?

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE"/>
