PEGA 6.3 SP1 landing pages not rendered correctly

Hello,

On our PEGA 6.3 SP1 on-prem DEV environment the landing page content is not rendered correctly. Only the buttons seem to be affected and not the content. The functionality of the button is not affected. 

We are using Edge with IE mode enabled. Our UAT an PROD environments are not affected. It feels like the process on DEV that handles the rendering has some issues.Application - Overview landing page Proposition management landing page
