We had upgraded the Microsoft exchange from 2010 to 2016. We see the below issues post the upgrade.

As part of the application, we have a common email account to which the users send an email and the email listener is used to read the email, create a work object and send out an acknowledgment email to the sender of the email. Now, post the upgrade to Exchange 2016 in the email trail (Original email of the sender) of the acknowledgment email we see few html tags and the actual text of what the sender has sent is not loaded.

We had reached to Pega GCS and from their side, it has been confirmed that Microsoft Exchange 2016 is not under the scope of Pega 6.2 support.
