Pega 5.5 Support for Oracle

Hi , Does Pega 5.5 version support oracle version Oracle Proprietary information hidden ?

 

From the support guide it mentions that Oracle 11g R1 is supported but does not mentions anything about R2.

 

I think  Proprietary information hidden falls under R2.

Hi Mayur,

The answer to your question is No.

Oracle 11g R2 support started from the 6x version. For 5.4 and 5.5 , only R1 is supported.

So it will be nice to go for R1 , because we might face several issues in future because of this incompatibility.
