PDF styles not getting applied when file generated through standard agent

In our application, when request is Resolved then pdf is generated through standard agent and attached with work object.

I noticed that some generated pdfs having no styles but other have. This is intermittent issue where agent sometimes does not pick skin for pdf styles.

If anyone faced this issue then please let me know.
