PDF Connector GetImage not finding images

I have a PDF that has images on it, that I want to save as a jpg.  I am able to use getpage to go to the page in the PDF, but when I use the getImage method the Bot errors out.  It can't find the image.  Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

@KevinP0051What is the error you are receiving? I tested with the PDF from the security token service and it can access images, so this may have something to do with your PDF. If you do have an example you can post, make sure it has been scrubbed of any proprietary data or open a support request and they can work with you on your machine to look into it.
