Patch/Save API Request to update embedded pagelist in DX API

How to Update/Add/Delete a pagelist inside another pagelist using DX API patch call?

pyWorkPage

     Pagelist_1

         {

         Prop1 : 1

         Pagelist_1_1

                {

                Prop11 : 2

                }

         Pagelist_1_2

                {

                Prop12 : 2

                }

       }

In the above sample please suggest how to update/Create/Delete pagelist_1_2 dynamically using DX API calls.
