Password ChangeLogin page in Pega?
Hello,
I need the Forgot Password Feature to be available on Customer Portal log. What is the name of the Login page in Pega? I am not able to find the name and how can we implement such feature for end users? Any idea?

Hi Ghina,
I'm not sure about how to implement a "forgot password" feature, so someone else may have to help you there. I suspect the approaches may differ based on the type of authentication being used though.

I am not able to create an unauthenticated ruleset in order to link it to Pega Broswer and do my changes. Please check the error in the screenshot.

In your screenshot, you have the "Ruleset Name" field listed as "Pega-ProcessCommander". Ruleset names have some restrictions on them, and one of them is that you cannot choose a name that starts with the four letters "Pega", or other variations of those letters in different case, as those are reserved for use by Pegasystems. It looks like you're trying to follow along with the document from the other community post (based on the short description in your screenshot). I would suggest adjusting the rulest name, version, and description information to align with that which you've entered in your short description. Once the rulest has been created, you can then add in any necessary prerequisites (the help article I linked above has more information on this as well).

Hello,
I got the ruleset created. But in step 3 of the article provided by KurtWaltz, it is required that I change the access group of "pega BROWSER" but I am not able to find where this requestor type "Pega BROWSER" is found. Any idea?

Hi,
Your BROWSER requestor type may have a word other than "Pega" in its name. Requestor types include the system name as part of its name, so if your system is named something other than "Pega", your requestor type may be named differently. The below help article has more information:
