Passing consecutive space to external system

we have a requirement to pass(2-4) consecutive spaces between two strings to external system. I have tried with non breaking space   and   it allowing consecutive spaces but external system accepts only   for space but when it tried &#32 in Pega it is truncating to single space.is there any way to I can add multiple single spaces as below.

I went through both the links, they suggest that it is defect in pega code/browser behavior and try with ASCII character. I tried with ASCII character in<pre> tag but it is not working as expected in external system. any suggestion on workaround to proceed with this request.
