Pass a default cookie with all the Connect-REST

Hi 

I have a requirement to pass in a default cookie to all the connect-rest calls.

Can i do it without modifying the connect rules. I mean to do it without editing the rules and adding the Cookie as header.

Any internal activity which i can override?

I have several Pega versions spanning 7.1.8 till 8.4
