Parse xls file, in Pega platform

We are trying to parse xls file using Email Listener. "MSOParseExcelFile / pxParseExcelFile" both are throwing error while parsing the data from xls file, but working fine for xlsx file.

 

Can some one please help us in parsing content from xls file ?
