PAProjectSizing

Hi,

I am looking for estimating a project in Pega. Is there any template which can be used for sizing. while browsing through the support post somebody recommended to use 'PAProjectSizing" however, where it can be found is not listed. Kindly, support to let me know which is the best way to estimate the project efforts and cost in Pega.
