PageCannotBeSerializedForPassivationException: Unable to passivate page - Happens Only In Production and not in lower environment

Hi,

I am getting the below exception related to page passivation only in production environment and not in any other lower environments. I want to know why is it happening only in production environment and not in any other environment. Exception: [ PegaRULES:07.10] ( mgmt.base.NodeRequestorMgt) ERROR - Unable to timeout page. No data has been lost at this time. As a best practice, ensure all properties are Serializable to protect against data loss.;com.pega.pegarules.session.external.mgmt.PageCannotBeSerializedForPassivationException: Unable to passivate page 'pyTempDisplayParamPage' on thread 'TABTHREAD2' in requestor 'H1502E68955375CB8A7A533044E7AA32B'.
