Outbound Campaigns before Next Best Action?
I am trying to understand the data requirements for Campaigns vs Next Best Actions.
It seems like NBA requires more data, particularly behavioral data as users Accept or Reject offers and interact with websites (inbound).
It seems like Campaigns can use static data we already have in our databases.
So am I correct in saying that new customers would be able to use Campaigns before Next Best Actions when communicating with customers?
