ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
After upgrade to ML8; I have seen these alerts multiple time in AES scorecards for different reports
I understand there is an opportunity to tune the reports but for some fully tuned reports these exceptions are added
Is there any way I can turn these off? What other actions can be taken for these?

This is an Oracle error telling you that the SQL query took too long. You should show the error and the offending SQL to your DBA and he will be able to update DB stats - i.e fine tuning for optimal performance. There are DB tools available to identify the performance issue with the SQL itself.

You may also want to verify the cardinality of the AES tables and that the agents are running properly enforce the threshold for keeping data (see System Settings on the Administration landing page of the Manager Portal)
