Ops manager Vs CDH Portal

Hi,

In any CDH implementation we have 2 portal for business users

  1. CDH Portal
  2. Ops manager portal

Though in our implementation BAU users are using ops manager but Pega also says CDH portal is also for business users.

What is Pega's view point on how business users will leveraged these 2 portal(When to use what)
