Operator.pyUserIndetifier is having null values.

We have an activity in which we are saving the created by as the operator name.

For this we are saving values form the operator page. But in some instances the operator page is not available and when we are trying to save values from OperatorID.pyUserIdentifier, the value is coming up as null.

 

Please let us know if anyone has faced this issue before.
