Can Infor (Baan) be operated by Pega Robotics? One of our customers is asking this.

I have not heard of any Customers using this application before. Do you know what technologies the application uses?

The customer says it looks like a Windows native application. In that case, can we use UI Connectors for .NET if we cannot interrogate it with OOTB feature?

Yes - If it is a .Net application, then UI Connectors is definitely a viable solution. Otherwise a translator would be needed for anything not OOTB.
