OpenSpan CRM Training
I have installed OPenSpan but the CRM Training exe file is missing. Can anyone share the CRMTraining.exe.

Hi,
it is not installing during the installation process.
In your programme files / openspan, you should be able to search for and find the CRM.exe file.
Then double click in order to install it.
Then it will work.

I found it here: Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\Extras\CRM Setup.msi. This is not at all obvious and should be clarified in the instructions.

Thanks a lot Damien, but I cannot open the CRM application since I do not know the login credentials. Moreover I need the same creds for starting an Interrogation.

Just browse for that location and you will find CRM setup. Install it and your problem solved.
