Not directly. If you can get a specific URL from the link, you can call the navigate method of the web browser control and indicate that you want it in a new tab. This won't work unless the link has a specific URL though.

To interrogate the web browser control;

1. Disable the IgnoreMainBrowser property of your adapter (set it to False).
2. Start Interrogation.
3. Uncheck Create Global Web Page on the Interrogation Form.
4. Navigate to any web page that you have not already interrogated in your adapter (the page doesn't matter as we'll delete it anyway...use Google or Bing for simplicity).
5. Interrogate something in the middle of the page.
6. The Web Browser control will appear in your hierarchy.
7. Delete anything below it.
8. Be sure to update all of the text match rules for any of its parent controls so that they match on any page.
