OOTB bulk process "Contains" search is case sensitive

Hi,

We are using OOTB bulk processing feature and using pyFilterOperation as "Contains" in the bulk transfer criteria set data transform. But it returns only uppercase results. Please let us know how to make the search case insensitive.
