Challenge name: Adding Portals and landing pages in Constellation applications

in screenshot provided when user click on bulk action its should display manger approval but actual by launching the pega instance i added everything as they mentioned in the step but still I am not able to see manager approval action under bulk action instead of its showing like no acion aviable .

please help me on this.
