Offer not executed

I have a problem with the execution of the offer and I can't test the configured campaign. I have a simple offer, configured to send an email, but when testing offer with the Seed List the emails aren't sent. Email settings are applied, when testing the Treatment from the shape of the offer (with same Seed List), the messages are sent. I attach the recording of the tracer, thank you in advance.
I use Pega Platform 7.4.0

Hi,

Could you please verify if there are any errors listed in the "Email error tracking" page. It can be found under:

Settings --> Channels --> Email --> Error Tracking

Also run the System Health check from Settings page of the Marketing portal.
