Observing PEGA0021 after upgrade to 8.6.5

Did any one has slowness issues after upgrade to 8.6.5. we are seeing PEGA0021 alerts getting generated in logs.

seems declarative page is not getting cleared.

@KANTHR01 can you confirm that you checked through the What's New docs and  8.6 Release Notes? 

Please also check the Clipboard management in Pega Infinity Development best practices for clipboard optimization

As a best practice, do not create declarative indexes for top-level Single Value properties.  See troubleshooting suggestions in the alert doc and page expiration configuration Declare Expression rules

Can you provide details of your investigation carried out?

If you have no further suggestions from other forum users I suggest that you log a support incident for this on the MSP. 

Please provide the INC reference here to help us track it.  You will be asked for Advanced Debugging logs  in your logs by our GCS team.
