Objectcom.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serializer.utils.WrappedRuntimeException Issue

Hi 

Getting below issue. Anyone has solution for this.

Could not get transformer objectcom.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serializer.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: Could not load the propery file 'output_xml.properties' for output method 'xml' (check CLASSPATH)
