Object Reference Error when trying to Launch OpenSpan Project through a Windows Based project

Hello,

I did a build of my OpenSpan and added it's a reference to a new Windows Form C# - Now when I try to ".Start" using object of "Interrogation Mode" it works fine, However, when I try to start ".os" format it throws Object reference error(attached) - I'd really appreciate if someone could assist me with this.
