Obj-Browse with "Is Equal" on Oracle CHAR type Column is NOT working in Pega

Hi ,

In my application, I need to do browse on external table but the column is of Char type so, pega does not return any results if I use equal to for the query.

The same query works directly on DB or using Connect-SQL but Obj-browse gives 0 results.

Pega version 7.1.8.

I have seen similar post to this .

Please let me know if we have solution to this.

Hello,

While doing Obj-Browse you can @trim(<value>) ,which will resolve your issue,but the db operation consumes more time or you can change the CHAR to VARCHAR.
