Hello, In our system number of concurrent sessions allowed for each operator in system setting is set to 8. But while testing, it is possible to open more sessions.

How it was tested. I have opened 4 browsers: Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and for every one of them I logged in into application in regular and incognito mode. Then when I try to access application via mobile device I receive an error, stating that too many sessions are open. But when I log off from one browser window and log in to mobile device and then try to log in via browser, I am allowed to do so.

Are mobile devices not counted as regular sessions?
