We have a requirement where when we are updating a child case, a notification is sent to the Parent case stating that the child case is updated.
The approach that we are following is, we are opening the parent object and adding a review note flow and a notification attachment.
The question is, do we have a certain SLA in pega on the max time it should take to add the attachment.
We have given the ability to add maximum 20 child cases to a parent case. The performance testing team wants to know if there is a certain time threshold for the parent case to receive the notification.
