Not possible to start module quiz
I can't start the module quiz.
Can you please help?

I can access a module quiz from my end when I co-browse your account.
This question is answered in our FAQs for module quizzes and mission tests.
This issue can be caused by security settings on a corporate network or local computer, VPN, geo-locking, or proxy server issues.
If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN. If you are on a corporate network or proxy server, it could be the firewall/security settings - try accessing the Pega instance from a different network. You can also try using a different computer if you cannot reconfigure the firewall and other security settings.

Hi,
The symptom is simply that nothing happens when pushing the Start buttom trying to press start to begin the assessment.
No error message is given.
The URL for the mouse-over on the Start button is identical to the URL on the page showing the Start-button.

@VebjrnB16789810 This sounds like a network or browser problem at your end. I would urge you to run a network trace.
Can you confirm that you see your Profile picture to confirm you are logged in?
