Not able to submit hyperlink in Rich Text Editor
Hi All,
I want to attach a hyperlink in Rich Text Editor. I am not able submit the hyperlink pop-up in Rich Text Editor? PFA doc for details.
Can somebody help me on this?

Upon reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-31533 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

Hi Giridhar,
I believe you selected the text and configured the link. I tested the scenario in my local and able to get the link enabled. Tested in 7.2.1.
It seems you are doing it inside a Grid Row, is it specific to Grid ? Can you test this outside of the grid. Check for any JS exceptions.

Hi Shashidhar_Palle,
Yes. In my case, the Rich Text Editor is specific to Grid row context. On click of 'OK', I see the below JS exception. However, this is working fine outside the grid.

Even I'm able to observe this issue.
When searched, this looks to be an issue with CKEditor. To confirm the same, raise an SR with GCS.
