not able to routng on Assignment2 to user2.
Hi , iam fresher.
I have created one Process Flow
Start->Assignment1->Assignment2->End
1.Assignment1(csr):-is completd by user1(Csr) .User1 is Routing to current operator.
2.assignment2(Analyst):- in this i want to routing to User2(Analyst). ,Route To->Operator , Operator : [email protected] But I am not able to routng on Assignment2 to user2

Hi Venkat,
Could you check once if you have any instance of class Assign-Worklist with case ID created ?

Is [email protected] is an actual operator ID or the email Id of the operator you want the case to be assigned?
