Not able to open work item in custom drilldown reporting
Hi,
Am working on Pega 7.1.9 version.
Am using custom drilldown report to display work items. But when I click on any work item, that item doesn't get open. As Pega is using OOTB section (pzRRListBody) section, which is not having action 'Open Selected Item' defined in action set.
Is there any other way I can modify the report so I can open work items.

Did you check the option "Get row key" in Data Access Tab of the drill down report? It should be checked to open WO as shown in image below.

Hi,
Do you find any errors in log files, to understand why the WO is not getting opened.
Also please provide the screenshots, to understand the issue better.
I have tried with the RD, with the default drilldown report as below :
And I could see that drilldown happening perfectly and able to open the WO as well.

No Errors in log...
The issue is pzRRListBody section is not having action set defined to 'open selected item'.
if we use OOTB pyDefaultReport as drilldown, pzRRListBodyRK section will be used which is having action set defined to open work item.
So my concern is if am using custom drilldown report, how can i open work item in second report.

Hi,
When I configured the custom drill down report, i could see the pzRRListBodyRK is getting loaded
Please verify, in the tracer if pzRRListBodyRK is getting called or not
