Not able to go back to previous screen/step in a flow
Hi All,
I have one requirement to go back to the previous screen in a flow having 2 steps. This flow I have configured on click of a button and its action as Flow in Modal Dialog. On click of back button of second screen, I want the control to move to previous screen.
I have configured the back button as shown in the back button. Please refer the screen shot.

@SakhibHussain I quickly configured in personal edition and I am able to navigate back and forth by default if the flow is created as screenflow.
Request you to check the navigation button section if they have been modified.

if you are using screenflow just enable the navigation by clicking on assignment shape. Using screenflow, you navigate back and forth by default.

Hi,
Can you try using a control pzActionButton and add a few below things on the parameter tab?
Caption - Back
id- backButton
Onclick - "pega.u.d.handleActionEvent('ActionScreenFlow',null,event)"
Show Special Buttons - checked
Button Style - Standard
Let us know if you have any issues.
