Not able to download exercise content
Course - Implementing Pega Customer Service (v7.22)
I am not able to download the exercise content. Every time I start the download, it fails after around 400 MB of download, however the total file size seems to be around 8+ GB. System shows an error as 'Failed - Forbidden'. I have tried multiple browsers or even different machines, but still no luck. Please help !

Hi Saurabh,
it is a really large VM, my first suggestion would be to make sure you have a really strong internet connection, preferably hard wired and not over wifi.
I was able to download the vm from the office, so maybe a strong internet connection like that will be successful for you.
Let me know if you hit any more issues and I will try to resolve it as quick as possible.

Thanks for the response Tom. I tried the same, however the download still gets stuck at 390MB. I tried this in a friend's machine today and it worked. Is there some other setting on my machine that I need to check?
Just to let you know, I did download exercises for a couple of other courses and was able to download them fine (they too were like 6+ GB in size).

Hi, that is strange indeed. There's nothing inherently different about the VM than any of the other VMs, outside of size. Were you able to copy it off your friends machine via USB (or any other way to move a file)?
As we upgrade the curriculum, we'll be moving to a cloud based system to alleviate these types of issues :)
