Not able to create SR request in my support portal

Hi Team,

I am unable to raise an SR in msp portal as support request  create button option is unvailable . Earlier i use to get the access to raise an SR on the project issue that i faced.

 

Currently i dont have any option to create  the request. Please let us know how can we raise an pega Sr
