Not able to add alternate Email ID
Hi Team,
This Mohan. I am not able to add alternate email addresses as I didn't receive any mail for verification.

@MarijeSchillern I have dropped an email to [email protected] as I am not receiving any verification mail while adding my alternate email.
FYI, While checking in the verify link (https://academy.pega.com/verify-certification?) it's showing certification(Certified Pega System Architect) after navigating from view pega profile. CPSA certification is replicating in verify link, but not showing up in my Profile PDN Link. So, I need to add my secondary account through which I have scheduled the certification and cracked
Can you please do the needful by expediting this issue.
