Not able to access Online Exercise System for Pega 7.2. Please Help.

Hi,

I am not able to access my Exercise portal for both Pega Express and Designer Studio. I need it to practice for my CSA 7.2

I am getting following error whenever I login from my account and try to open Exercise portal :

Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available
Requestor ID No ID available
Timestamp Fri Oct 21 10:32:47 UTC 2016
Engine Version PegaRULES 7.20 ML0 (coreAssemblyCached_72_868)

Please help me to reset my online account so that I can practice PEGA 7.2 for both designer studio and pega Express.

The issue was resolved once I logged in using Author@TGB and made changes in operator ID of Admin@TGB. Its now working fine.

We were experiencing an issue with accessing courses in Pega Academy. The issue is fixed. Please let us know in case you're still unable to access the Pega Academy courses.

Hi Maryrita,

I am not able to login to online exercise system. Even when I enter correct credentials, it giving information not recognized error. Can you please suggest on this?
