Non Supported Character Set - WE8ISO8859P9
Hello, We are planning the in-place version upgrade. We updated the setupDatabase.properties script. When we run the update.sh script, we received an error related to the character set. We reviewed the upgrade document. It is said that the character set should be AL32UTF8.
Do you have any ideas? How can we update this value?

Seems that this error is related to Oracle DB which requires the file orai18n.jar to be located in a classpath location for some languages. Try to find the file on the DB server and besure have a copy here: $ORACLE_HOME>/jlib/orai18n.jar

We found the orai18n.jar file at the path /u01/app/oracle/product/14.1.1/oracle_common/modules/oracle.nlsrtl/orai18n.jar and we added it to home/oracle/pega_upgrade/image/scripts/lib.
Is the new location of orai18n.jar correct?
Have you tried the method you suggested before?

No, I have never seen this before. I saw discussions of the same error for Oracle (seems to be an oracle db specific issue), indicating that if you can copy that file to the correct path then the error should resolve.
