No Users listed under My Work for PDC

 

I have a manager role in PDC.  

I wish to see the assignments each operator has.  When I go to My Work and click on the dropdown for operators it returns an empty list of operators.  What do I have to do to get this configured properly?

 

Not sure how to tell what version of PDC I have
