No suggested coaching plans in Pulse

Hello, when I log in to my Sales Automation app as a Sales Manager, I can check the sales reps' performance and AI suggested coaching plans from the dashboard tab. However, no suggested coaching plans are available from pulse tab. Why does this happen and how can I assign coaching plans in this occassion?
