We have generated a new application under Pega 7.4 (build on PegaRules and UIKit) and now we face an strange issue in the ui designer in the developer portal. When working on a section the menues for Layout, Basic and Advanced show only the entry "No entries".

In the Pega log we found following info:

When adding the Access role to Object for Pega-Palette in our related administrator role, it is working correctly. But we do not understand why the issue occurs at all, because the access should be available without any additional settings. Our administrator role depends on the role PegaRULES:SysAdm4. Also the generated administrator access group has following roles: PegaRULES:SecurityAdministrator and a PegaAPI role which depends on PegaRULES:PegaAPI.

Has anyone an idea, why this issue occurs?
