Next Best Action Widget in Customer Service | Update back to CDH

Hi,

We can enable Next best action widget in Customer Service and,  getting NBAs from CDH is OOTB.  Is there any OOTB feature to update back the customer's action (accept or reject) to CDH from Customer Service?

Product version is 8.5

Please provide me your inputs.
