New Application Creation Issue.

Dear Folks

Please help me in the mentioned below scenarios :-

Issue:- I started by creation of New Application by using "Legacy New Application Wizard". It has 4 steps of Process

Step 1:- Application Setting- In this screen given all the details along with the "Built On Application" as "Pega Provisioning Engine" (Framework).

By providing all the required details in Step 2, Step 3 and Step 4 when you click on next it shows the below error as mentioned below:-

"There was an Error generating the application. Please contact your System Administrator if the problem Persist.
A Rule-Obj-CaseType could not be saved due to 1 error(s) on it: pyCasetypeStartingFlow(1).pyStartingFlowType: startFTTP does not exist or is not a valid entry for the Ruleset and prerequisites"

I have attached the Screenshot below for your reference.

Hello Harsh, 

Thanks for the response. 

Since the error is not observed when on unchecking custom framework application i.e.  'FTTP - Framework', so I do not think this is wizard related issue. You can confirm this again by creating a new sample application from any other OOTB framework.

If error occurs, then verify the server logs for error reported. Based on the above suggested test outcome, you can raise a Support request.

- Do you face the error if Pega Rules is used as Built On Application?

- Also, verify if the error is observed on unchecking 'FTTP - Framework'.

- Have you tried with different organization?

- Try to verify the pre-requisites for FTTP.

Try to verify the pre-requisites for FTTP.

Ans:- Tried But stil Facing the Error

I think its a Wizard issue and need to be Fixed or Need to raise an SR.
