Need "PEGADATA.cpmc_work_service_nbaa" DDL SQL query

We have recently upgraded to Pega 8.8.3 version and we are using CustomerService • 8 framework.

In the database the table: "PEGADATA.cpmc_work_service_nbaa" is missing after the updgrade and we dont have the DDL Query for this table. Can you please provide it?
