Need to log request and response payload using log category pxIntegration.Service.REST

Hi All,

I am trying to log request and response payload of a rest service using pega log category pxIntegration.Service.REST. It was logging all the debug steps but not the request and response payload. Please let me know if I am missing something. We need this behavior to be applicable even if the server is restarted completely controlled through admin portal.
