Need Hotfix HFIX-82217 Windows
I need this hotfix to address the latest critical log4j vulnerabilities. Can you please advise how this can be ade available? I'm using the Pega 8.6.2 personal edition on Windows Server 2016.

Per Pega Security Advisory - Apache Log4j 2.17 Vulnerability Hotfixes, you will need to submit a hotfix request via My Support Portal to request this hotfix.

@MarissaRogers Hi Marissa, that link doesn't work for me. When I go to the support portal from other paths, I see a Pega MSP page with tabs of My Work, Pulse and Following, but no means to submit a request. The My work list appears to be read-only.

Hi @KMORENAGP, To create any support request, you need to be affiliated with an account. Please check with your account executives regarding this. Nevertheless, can we understand why do you need a hot fix for your personal edition? Thanks

@ArulDevan Pega uses Log4J and a handful of critical security vulnerabilities have been opened against the versions of Log4J used by Pega 862, see https://support.pega.com/support-doc/pega-security-advisory-apache-log4j-217-vulnerability-hotfixes My organization needs the hotfix (and instructions to apply them) or we will have to shutdown this Pega server.
In terms of account executives, Elevance Health is a very large company and I don't know who the account executives are and Pega wouldn't reveal their names so I could contact them using internal channels.

Hi @KMORENAGP, We got you. But I don't think members of this community can help you on this because Hotfixes are distributed by PEGA via My support portal. It is not suggested to get the hotfixes from other sources.
I would suggest you to reach your organization hierarchy / Lead System Architect to resolve your issue with Support portal.

@KMORENAGP as Arul specified all live Pega implementations that are in need of technical support need to go via our Global Customer Support teams.
I will check internally who your AE is and PM you via the My Pega messages to let you know who you should contact within your own organization.

Also just out of interest: when you log into msp, do you not see the Account Administrators navigation menu?

@MarijeSchillern I do see Account Administrators option but the list is empty. I appreciate any AE references that can be offered.
