Need to change a field value in database

Hello,

We need to change some field value in the database because our application doesn't do so (confidential data has been typed and we need to change is asap). Can you please help as I'm not very familiar with design Studio ?

In your screenshot I still don't know how to locate the field that I want to change. May be I was not clear enough in my question: my screenshot below shows the field that I need to locate in DesignorStudio in order to modify its value.
