I am facing an issue when launching a portal on Firefox. When opened on Chrome, the portal is opened in a new tab which is not an issue when Chrome is maximised. When the window width is smaller, the navigation menu on the left-hand side is hidden.

However, opening the portal on Firefox always opens a new window whose default size is not large enough to show the navigation window (appears at about >1024px). The visibility is set to Always on the navigation section and so far no option in the Skin settings has changed this functionality. This seems to be present on Pega Platform by default.

I understand that it's possible to have a hamburger menu button to expand the navigation menu by some means but is there an OOTB method to avoid this issue? Either making the navigation menu truly always visible or changing the default window size is fine. Is there any way to do this?
